Use it or loose it! Think back to a time when you were cramming for an exam and your brain felt so exhausted that you would give anything to never study again. That’s the level of brain challenging we are going for. Exercising the most needed muscle of the human should be a normal part of our good health regimen. The following is a list of things which will do just that.
- Get into reading a variety of books, news papers and so on. I personally love my Kindle!
- Take a class on a subject you consider to be a weak link in your knoll age base or perhaps just in an area you have always wanted to have better understanding.
- Meditate and taking deep calming breaths can ease the buzz that’s always going on with in you.
- Get outside! Our brains need a lot of fresh air.
- Give games like scrabble and crosswords a go. Games that increase mind and body coordination are fantastic.
- Avoid watching TV for hours in a zone which is so easy to fall into–it puts our brains to sleep.
- Change things up often such as routes you run, your normal route to work, etc. Our brain thrives on variety.
- As always, get in lots of vitamin packed raw vegetables and fruit. Omega 368 oils and B Stress formulas build brain power.
- There are plenty of programs specifically designed to help build the memory such as Brain Age.
- Internal cleansing is key as well. A clean body equals a sharp mind!
